4 Ingredient Artisan Bread Recipe

Easy, Easy, Easy Artisan Bread.
It only has 4 ingredients and you can’t go wrong trying to make it.
I discovered the recipe over at Pam’s Place .
Artisan Bread
3 C All purpose unbleached flour
1 3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 C water
1 Dutch Oven
Whisk the first 3 ingredients and and then add the water mixing with a rubber spatula.
Leave dough in bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it sit on your counter top for 12-18 hours.  Over night works great.
Preheat oven to 450*.  Once it reaches temp, place your dutch oven with the lid on into the oven and leave for 30 minutes.
Take dough from the bowl and place on a heavily floured surface.
Shape into a ball and place the plastic wrap over it. (Do this step while your Dutch Oven is heating up.)

Flour your hands and lift the dough into the pre-heated Dutch Oven.

Cook for 30 minutes with the lid on.  Take the lid off and cook for an additional 15 minutes.

Let the bread cool on a wire rack.
Delicious!!
