It’s that time of the year when I look in the mirror and notice, spring is here, and so is all that winter fat I’ve accumulated. I just love winter clothing, with all the layers I can hid a multitude of sins. But in order to shed a few pounds before capris and short sleeve weather, I’m hitting the smoothie recipes as a replacement meal. Anyone else in the same boat?
- One Single Serving Size Greek Yogurt (made with real sugar no artificial sweeteners)
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter (natural no sugar added)
- 3/4 C Frozen Blueberries
- 1/4 C unsweetened Whey Protein
- 1 Tbsp. Rolled Oats
- 1/4 C Water
- Add all ingredients to a blend and combine until smooth. Add a handful of ice if desired.
