Christmas Ornament Party Button

2014 will be bringing a new party to the Cabin and Cottage….a Christmas Ornament Party. My friend Claudia from Mockingbird Hill Cottage will be helping me out and hosting the party over at her blog as well, bringing you twice the fun.

I know you all thinking I am so over Christmas and can’t even begin to think about making ornaments for 2014 but isn’t it a great idea to make 2 ornaments every month starting in January and by the time Christmas rolls around you will have 24 new ornaments? It’s a great way to be ahead of the game and it will only take about 15 minutes per ornament to make. I actually put mine together in the truck while hubby drives. These make great gifts for family and friends. The best part is you can make them for under 20ยข.

Here’s how  it will work; we will post 2 felt ornament patterns the first week of every  month along with a material list. You will have until the end of the month to make your ornaments and we’ll be back  hosting a linky party where you all can share your beautiful handmade ornaments. Sounds like fun right? I can’t wait to see how creative you all are. Now remember we will have the monthly ornament available for you to download so what could be easier?

I will be back later in the week with more information and a sneak peek at what we’ll be making. I hope everyone will be joining in ๐Ÿ™‚

Happy New Year, Dawn! This sounds cute. I’ve made little felt ornaments for the past year for my grand daughter little white lit tree. I’ve made every season and finished with Christmas ones this year. I just kinda copy catted mine! ๐Ÿ™‚ I’ll think about doing this.
Here’s to another year of blogging with you
