The Best Egg Salad Recipe
This is one of my favorite summer go to meals. It’s easy, filling and’s perfect on those warm days when no one wants to be slaving over a hot stove. If you’re using farm fresh eggs, don’t forget to follow my directions for getting them to peel like store bought eggs, just click the photo below to see how.

Thank you for sharing this recipe . Perfect meal when the temperatures begin to hit 90 degrees .
Happy Mothers Day !
Kathy I agree, it was 84 here today and that’s what I had for dinner. Easy and tasty!
Looks wonderful!….Hope you had a most wonderful Mother’s Day…I am sure you did!
Shirley yes it was a good day, both boys were with me so that made me happy!
Dawn, I hopped over to see how you made your egg salad because it’s one of favorite things to eat during the summer. I cut up my eggs and then I mash them with a pastry blender. May be a southern thing to have mushier egg salad! I’ve never used fresh dill in mine but I have some growing in the garden so I know where it’s destined to go!!!
Jane yes you need to add the dill it’s so tasty. I had it for dinner tonight, yummy!
