Best Ever Corn Casserole Recipe
This recipe is a family favorite at our home, we make it for every party and every holiday and lots of days in between. It’s a one pot meal so it’s easy to prepare and’s always a hit. If you’re anything like me an easy recipe that everyone enjoys is always a keeper and worth printing. If you don’t have a dutch oven to bake this in you can use any casserole dish you have, and it will still turn out fantastic.

  1. 1/2 Stick Butter Melted
  2. 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (undrained)
  3. 1 Can Cream Style Corn
  4. 1 C. Sour Cream
  5. 1 Box Jiffy Cornbread Mix (unprepared)
  1. Melt butter in a dutch oven over low heat. Remove from stove and add remaining ingredients. Mix together well with a large wooden spoon. Bake at 350 for one hour. Serve!

  3. one more question….your picture of ingredients has 1 stick of butter = 1/2 C. Did you mean 1/2 C butter instead of 1/2 stick = 1/4C?
