This recipe is a family favorite at our home, we make it for every party and every holiday and lots of days in between. It’s a one pot meal so it’s easy to prepare and’s always a hit. If you’re anything like me an easy recipe that everyone enjoys is always a keeper and worth printing. If you don’t have a dutch oven to bake this in you can use any casserole dish you have, and it will still turn out fantastic.
- 1/2 Stick Butter Melted
- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (undrained)
- 1 Can Cream Style Corn
- 1 C. Sour Cream
- 1 Box Jiffy Cornbread Mix (unprepared)
- Melt butter in a dutch oven over low heat. Remove from stove and add remaining ingredients. Mix together well with a large wooden spoon. Bake at 350 for one hour. Serve!
