Best Ever Egg Salad
This is the best egg salad I have ever had. I think the secret to making it amazing is the mustard powder, and dill.
What you will need:
8 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 C. Mayo
1/4 tsp. Dried Onion Flakes
1 tsp. Mustard Powder
1 tsp. Dill Weed
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Makes 4 sandwiches, or wraps.

I also like to add chopped olives to my egg salad for an egg-n-olive salad. Don’t frown, it’s mighty tasty!
