Farm Fresh Vegetables and a FREE Printable Storage Guide

It’s Farmers Market day in my neck of the woods…..

I am having to buy all my veggies this year due to an overly hungry group

of deer feeding in my garden.

It is so disappointing to spend all that time starting the seeds inside, tilling

the soil, and planting only to have the critters feast on the

tender plants.

By next year I will have a fence in place, hoping to out smart them.

Below is a Free Printable Vegetable Storage Guide for keeping

all your veggies fresh

Hi Dawn! Oh, look at your blog dress! How pretty! I’m loving that pretty bowl of veggies. Now I’ve learned something – I always put my tomatoes in the fridge! 🙂
Thanks for popping in to see me.
    Be a sweetie,
    Shelia 😉

Until you get your fence up (at least 6 ft & 8 would be better…those suckers can JUMP!) here are a couple of tips. go to your local barber shop or salon. Get hair clippings & sprinkle them around the perimeter of the garden. Urinate around the perimeter…if you can’t due to neighbors etc. collect it in an old milk jug & drizzle it here & there. Get a big dog…lol I haven’t seen a deer on our property since I got our Doberman & she stays indoors most of the time!
