Farmhouse Fall Harvest Printables

Farmhouse Printables, Harvest Printable, Peach Printable, Farmhouse StyleWith the beadboard up in the kitchen and the extra space to decorate I was in the mood to create new artwork to give the place a fresh farmhouse feel, so I designed 3 Farmhouse Harvest Printables for Fall.

My inspiration came after picking peaches from our little organic fruit orchard we have planted on the property. We have 3 peach trees loaded with peaches this year (if you missed the post on how to get fruit trees to blossom and fruit you can read it here).

Farmhouse Printables, Harvest Printable, Peach Printable, Farmhouse StyleAfter spying a squirrel stealing the peaches I headed out to the trees to collect the harvest. He was quite amusing to watch how he scampered up the tree, selected a ripe piece of fruit, picked it clean, and then drop the pit.

Well after watching him do that a couple of times I decided I’d better get to pickin’ before there was nothing left to pick.  I wasn’t about to let that darn squirrel outsmart me, after all the work we did to get those trees to fruit I didn’t intend on further feeding the squirrels. Here all this time I’d been blaming the deer for the disappearing peaches, now I feel bad for falsely accusing them.

  1. LOL on the antics of that squirrel. I had no idea that they eat peaches. Makes me wonder if it was really birds eating all of the cherries off our tree. I’m loving how nice your beadboard backsplash is looking!

    1. Jen ya I was blaming the deer all this time so I too wonder if it was the squirrels.

  2. We love watching squirrel antics, but then I don’t have fruit trees!

    1. Linda I had no idea they’d even eat fruit.

      1. When I have fruit on my counter that doesn’t get eaten before becoming too ripe, I put it out under my bird feeders and the squirrels have a feast – so long as they get to it before the raccoons and possums. Squirrels eat most things, including stale cereal and a lot of my outdoor cat food.

  3. Outstanding printables. You are so talented and such a multitasker. Love your energy????? Diana

    1. Wendy I’ve never had a problem with them until this year. I guess once they spotted the ripe fruit they invited all their friends over for a snack, lol.

      1. Oh, yeah, that sounds about right. They “call” all their friends! LOL

        1. Wendy must be those little stinkers were robbing all my fruit. LOL
