Green Monster Smoothie Recipe, Great For Kids, Easy To Make, Packed Full of Fruit and Veggies For a Simple On The Go Meal
Green Monster Smoothie , This smoothie is delicious and a great way to get some green veggies into your diet as well as your kids.
 
What you will need
 
1 frozen banana (make sure you keep a stash in your freezer)
2 handfuls of fresh spinach (you will not taste the spinach at all)
1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 Cup Almond milk
 
Blend together until smooth.
 
Enjoy!

    DELISH!…We women need to eat our veggies too!
    Boy-O-boy this looks like about the best way to do it.I love all these ingredients,and this way I can cook a BIG steak or 1/2lb hambuger and have all the food-group covered,whoo-hoo!
