Green Monster Smoothie
Green Monster Smoothie , This smoothie is delicious and a great way to get some green veggies into your diet as well as your kids.
What you will need
1 frozen banana (make sure you keep a stash in your freezer)
2 handfuls of fresh spinach (you will not taste the spinach at all)
1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 Cup Almond milk
Blend together until smooth.
Enjoy!
YUMM!!! Even though I regularly have all of these ingredients in my fridge I have never thought to combined them for a smoothie!! What a super idea. Thanks for linking up to Foodie Friday. I hope to see you again next week!!

Boy-O-boy this looks like about the best way to do it.I love all these ingredients,and this way I can cook a BIG steak or 1/2lb hambuger and have all the food-group covered,whoo-hoo!
