How To Eliminate Reward Card Clutter with This App
It’s spring cleaning time and my wallet and handbag were in desperate need. I came to this realization while out shopping the other day. You know how every store you go into nowadays has it’s own reward card, and how you have to dig through every card in your wallet to find it?
Well after the embarrassing moment of unloading 40+ cards at the register, and sifting through them to find the appropriate card, I decided enough was enough. I came straight home and downloaded the app STOCARD onto my phone.
It’s an app that allows you to scan the barcode from each loyalty card and store them all in one nifty spot. Not only are they now in one place it also tells me if there’s coupon offer available for each store (no more hanging on to the coupon, it’s right on your phone) and you can see each stores weekly ad. Now when I’m asked for my loyalty card all I have to show is my phone.
I did have a few cards, like my library card that can’t be loaded into the app but I went from 40+ cards down to 3. Wow my wallet is no longer busting at the seams, and everything is so much easier to find. The best part is the app is available for all smartphones. If your looking this is the easiest of all the apps out there and its FREE, I highly recommend it.

Oh I need this! Loyalty cards can lead to some great savings…but they are a pain to manage. No more shuffling through cards in line! Have a wonderful Easter!
Tamara, yes I love the saving too but hate keeping track of all those cards. They make me angry having to stuff them all in my wallet, but now more 🙂 Happy Easter to you also.

Dawn, thanks for telling me about this! I have my small loyalty cards on a key ring which makes them a little more manageable, but this will be so much better. I’m getting a new phone in a few days so I’ll download the app onto the new phone (and I’ll have to clean out my purse, too-it’s a spring ritual!)
