What you will need
1 Bunch Kale
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 350*
Pull Kale off the stem and break into bite size pieces
Place Kale in a large bowl
Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt
Using your hands turn the kale until all pieces are coated with olive oil and salt.
Place kale on a cookie sheet, single layered.  Bake until crispy about 10-15 minutes.  You may need to do 2-3 batches to get it all baked.
