SodaStream Anyone?
Hubby and I went shopping today and decided to buy a SodaStream.
This little contraption lets you make your own Soda Pop, Energy Drink, or Flavored Carbonated Water right at home.
No more taking cans back to the store for deposit, or letting them collect until you head to the recycle center. Sounds like a neat concept, right?
If it all goes as planned it will be a money saver too. Hubby drinks energy drinks and they are up to $6 a piece for some brands.
We purchased The machine, one carbon cartridge, 5 bottles, 4 pop flavors, and 1 energy drink flavor for $160.

We have had one for about a year now, and use it frequently. (not all of the time – sometimes we slip and buy a soda) but we do like it and the convenience is fantastic.
We bought one in black from BB&Beyond. I love that place and their great coupons, plus the fact that they take expired ones without a problem. I’m embarrassed to say how old some of mine have been, but it means that I do a lot of shopping there so it’s a win-win for us and the store.
