Target’s New Money Saving App “Cartwheel”
Have you seen Target’s new money saving App, called “Cartwheel“? I just downloaded it this week to my iphone as well as my ipad and love how easy it is to use. I am all about saving money and this app makes it so easy to do, no coupon clipping, just a quick click and the money savings are stored in your own personal Cartwheel. I have taken advantage of couponing for years and the savings are well worth the time, I normally can save at least 50% off my bill. Now it is so much easier to do with all the apps available out there, I must say Targets version is very user friendly and I enjoyed using it. For my first time I wanted to see all the features available on the big screen so I went to website to do some browsing.
And this is what it looks like on your home computer screen. I was very impressed with over 700 coupon offers that are available, you can brows them all or by category. I chose to browse them all, I am one of those people that want to see everything I’m afraid I may miss out on something good if I don’t. I chose to sign up by email to create an account, you can also login with your Facebook account if that is easier for you. If you already have a Target.com login you can use that also. Once that was done I started clicking on the items (coupons) and adding them to my cart, once I was done I printed off my list as well as a barcode that the cashier scans right in the store and you can watch the savings coupons reduce your bill. The barcode is also available and can be scanned right from you iphone, Droid, or Tablet. Another great feature is they allow you to use any offer on their list as many times as you wish until the offer expires, with the following exceptions: limit of 4 items per offer, per transaction; limit of 6 Cartwheel scans per day. You can also stack manufactures coupons, Target discounts, or REDcard discounts on top of the Target Cartwheel Coupons, which means more money savings.
You can also earn Badges on your Cartwheel list! They are awarded for reaching savings milestones ($10, $20, $50, etc.) For each badge that is earned, a new spot on your Cartwheel list is opened. You start with 10 spots and more are earned when badges are awarded. I think my favorite feature of all is the in store barcode portion, if you don’t see a Cartwheel offer for a particular item you can scan that items barcode right from your Iphone or Droid to see if a money saving Cartwheel is offered. For my first time using the app I think I did pretty well I had a 40% savings on my bill. I will definitely be using “Cartwheel” on future trips to Target.
I encourage you to download the app and give it a try, who doesn’t love a savings and this is actually a fun way to get started.

The app is nice and helpful when in store and shopping. It alerts you to sales items that you buy and like. Also, you can receive more discounts with the app, saving even more money.

Amy, I use several store apps and the barcode I think is a Target things.
I LOVE cartwheel! I signed up in October and have saved $298 so far! Amazing! My favorite part of cartwheel is combining discounts. Last week i had a couple items where i could combine cartwheel with a target register coupon, manufacturer coupon, an ibotta offer, and the 5% of with my target red card of course! They were practically free! But even without the stacked discounts is good to know I’m getting a lower price – even if it’s just a little lower 🙂

I love Cartwheel Dawn. I signed up for mine before Christmas and it is amazing how much money you can save on top of the already sale prices. It is an awesome tool to have on your phone. I love using it. Great give away too. So much fun with this post today.

I’ve been using the Target Cartwheel AP on my new IPhone for awhile now. In fact, it was the first AP I downloaded! I love that the cashier can just scan my cartwheel coupon from my phone at the checkout counter. No fiddling with paper coupons. I’ve saved a LOT of money using it.

LOVE Target’s cartwheel app. I combined coupons with the app for additional savings. Great deals on everything from clothing, home goods, and even basic grocery!
I love how many choices there are! There are so many different things you can choose to add to your cartwheel to save on! I bought myself a maternity dress this week and saved $10 off of it with this fun new app! SOLD!
