The Perfect Day

Today is the perfect day to me.

It is in the low 70’s and we have a stiff breeze.  I am not a hot
weather type gal and I will never retire to a southern state.

I enjoy everything Michigan has to offer, except the crashing
economy.

This is the view from my side porch today…..
Beautiful wildflowers blowing in the wind.

I just couldn’t resist capturing a photo of them

Hope you are all enjoying your day!!

HI Dawn! So glad to hear you’re having wonderful weather at your place! A beautiful snap too! Now if I were superstitious I would say those little orbs were ghosts but I’m not!
    Be a sweetie,
    Shelia 😉

That is perfect weather, and one earned it because the winters are rough.

Your photo and story causes me envision a girl with long hair blowing in the breeze and bell bottoms running through a field of wildflower!

I didn’t realize you were a Mitten State girl too! I spent my first 40 years along the Lake Michigan coast…my most favorite spot in the world. Now here in SW PA it’s a little warmer…but I couldn’t go any warmer or I would melt away!

Daisy’s are my favorites so I loved to see them dancing in the wind. They just put a smile on your face. We had a beautiful day here today too. Loved it in low 70’s and sunny. Ohhh if it could just stay this way. Have a great evening.

Sounds like a perfect day Dawn! I used to love the hot weather, and long summers here. But the older I get, the less tolerance I have for it! I would love it to be 85 all summer, but like it or not, the heat is coming! I am loving all of your wild flowers!!!

That is the perfect weather although I must admit, I wouldn’t mind living in the Deep South!

That is a beautiful photo, Dawn! You certainly would not want to be here today (or probably not until late October…lol) as we are at 111 degrees and rising. We are east of Phoenix, which is 117 right now! The Man and I had to go to the store around noon, and I was getting my “grump” on about 2 minutes into the outing! Oh well, we pay now for the beautiful benefits of late Fall, Winter and early Spring!
