Walking For Anxiety Seeing Signs Of Spring
Good morning everyone! I pray you had a blessed Easter, a wonderful meal, and time spent with family and friends. Are you a walker? The way for me to feel better is to get out in the fresh air and exercise.ย I like to walk away my anxiety; come along with me and see what’s new.
I walk between 2-6 miles a day, always the same path, and while I walk I put in my headphones and listen to some of my favorite pastors sermons. Iโve been watching the season slowly turn from winter to spring and today it finally looks like weโve turned the corner.
The daffodils are blooming in the road side ditch, the snakes are sunning themselves on the hard packed dirt road, and the swans are swimming. Itโs so heart warming to see things come to life again. It brings hope in troubled times and a reason to keep fighting the good fight!
