This weeks wildflower centerpiece is
“Purple Aster”

Here I was thinking Mother Nature was done producing blooms for the season, and right along my driveway popped up these pretty Asters.

I really like the purple against the yellow pitcher.

If you missed the rest of the wildflower series you can see it
HERE.

They grow wild there? Wow, I paid to have them in my garden here. They do get wild though đŸ™‚ They spread quickly.

I’ve got some pink asters that are in pots on my deck. I couldn’t for the life of me remember what they were though…they just bloomed last week so then I knew. I am going to miss this series!

This has always been one of my favorite wildflowers, Dawn.
I remember these as a kid growing up in Missouri.
