From Thrift Store to Wall Decor
The hats I found at a local thrift store and decided they would work perfect to complete a wall in the cabin.
I already had everything else and thought the wall needed a little more to balance it out, so the hats worked out perfect.
A cheap way to fill a space.

Really cute idea, Dawn. Great way to fill a wall. I really like that clear glass jug with the sunflower in it, too.
looks great to me. I love hats and yours are adorable. They lend just the right touch.
Hi Dawn…
Oooh…very, very pretty! I have always loved the look of a pretty straw hat and think they make a beautiful design element! You have proven my theory to be true! Love how your new hats look on the wall surrounding that gorgeous framed mirror! That entire vignette is lovely! Love your big glass jar with the sunflower too! Sooo very beautiful!!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Reminds me of Sarah Richardson’s beach cottage! So pretty.
What adorable hats and to think you found them at a thrift shop. They look really nice on the log wall and in the display you have created. Love it!
Dawn, absolutely fantastic,so easy and simple yet awesome.

Those hats are perfect for the ‘cabin’style’ decor.
I like how the crowns are just a little squished in…. give it some character.

Such a beautiful vignette. The whole space feels warm and welcoming! There’s a definite feel of romance, too. Thanks for linking up at the Authentic Style party at WhisperWood Cottage!
That’s adorable. They really soften the look of a space!!
Very pretty and a lovely vignette. It reminds me of a favourite image from Sarah Richardson’s cottage.
I love the hats, I did something similar at our lake condo. I saw Sarah Richardson do it, and I have to copy her as much as possible. Yours looks great!
