DIY Essential Oil Diffuser Necklace
Do you use essential oils or have them and don’t know what to do with them? Well here’s an easy DIY project that costs pennies, is a great gift to give, and a good way to get started with Essential Oils. I’ve been looking for a diffuser necklace, but everything I find is very heavy and clunky and most are stainless steel. I was looking for something more natural and boho feeling so I decided to make my own.
For 25 cent’s I was able to make 8 clay cutouts and also had a blast making them. I’ve included a video to watch just so you can see how easy and fun they are to make. I also included a list of my favorite essential oil combinations to use with diffuser necklaces as well as a black sheet you can download and record to keep track of your own signature scent combinations.
I even wear mine to bed with a little Lavender oil on it to help with sleeping. Enjoy!

I love these. I have yet to get on the essential oil bandwagon but I have friends who absolutely love them. Your project is wonderful, great that it is not too spendy.
Pam our family has never used western medicine we’ve always used herbs and essential oil. I love how versatile the oils can be.
This is fantastic Dawn. I am overly sensitive to scents too but love natural ones. This would be a great project to do with my granddaughter as well. I’ll be sharing this with a few people and I’ve pinned it for reference later.
Linda, yes your Granddaughter would love to make these, and I bet she could come up with some creative ideas for shapes and textures. Thank you for pinning ๐

OOOOH….Is there a new porous kind of sculpy product that I don’t know about?! I can’t imagine the essential oil settling into the kind of sculpy that I’ve worked with
Rebecca I bet the porous kind would work fantastic.
Hi. I love the idea, and you explained so well. Thank you. I have a question, can I use one diffuser and change the oil in the same one, or do I have to use always the same diffuser with the same essential oil?
