Vintage Linens

I’m a WINNER!!
Lucky me….

Ruby and Arthur had a vintage linen giveaway over at their blog celebrating their 100th post.

Why of course I wanted in on that, I so love vintage linens and have spent a good part of my Summer hunting them down.

This was a tremendous giveaway….What I won….

Vintage gingham apron with a cross stitch pattern
Vintage tea towel that is long enough to be used as a table runner
Vintage block’s that say AUTUMN
and a
Vintage pot holder.

ย How about all those beauties?

I love the apron so much I may just wear it everywhere.ย  And the tea towel looks great on my dining table.
The pot holder is so pretty I used it as decor in my kitchen.

Thanksย Ruby and Arthur for the wonderful giveaway items!!!!

  4. Way to go Dawn, I’m a lover of old linens too so I really am pea green with envy over your winnings. That tea towel looks similar to a pattern I have on a square tablecloth that I love using in the summer. Thanks for sharing.

  7. What a win…right up your alley! Love the first mosaic too. I think I may have an apron similar to the one you won that belonged to my grandmother. It’s pink checked instead of red. I’ll have to look for it because I’ve no idea where it is. :o)

  8. Adorable things — love the apron! Congratulations!
